First Holy Communion

​​First Holy Communion Registration 2026-27

& Information Sessions

Registration for the Sacraments of First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion is now open! 

 

Who Should Register?

The program is intended for:

  • Children entering Grade 2 in the 2026–2027 school year.

  • Children entering Grade 3 or higher who have not yet celebrated First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion and would like to do so during the coming year (further preparation may be required if Holy Baptism is needed)

The Sacramental Preparation Program will be offered in two semesters: Semester One will run October-December 2026 and Semester Two will run January-March 2027 (your child attends only one semester). During this 8-session semester, your child will prepare to receive both sacraments of Reconciliation and Holy Communion, with support from our parish Catholic Elementary Schools. Sessions will be held in the Parish Hall on either Wednesday evenings (6-7pm) or Saturday mornings (10am-11am). On the registration form, please select your Semester based on the school your child attends.

Parents must attend an Information Session held in the parish hall. Registration should be completed with all the requirements submitted at the same time (preferably at the Information Sessions).

Mandatory Parent Information Sessions (parents only attend one session):

  • Thursday October 1 at 6 pm

  • Saturday October 3 at 10 am
