Dear Friends,

I want to take this opportunity to wish our fathers a very blessed Father’s Day. Our parish is blessed with many wonderful and dedicated fathers; men in our parish who serve the Lord, their families and our parish family in so many quiet and humble ways. Just as St. Joseph served His Heavenly Father as the role model, the protector, the Guardian and surely a teacher of our Lord Jesus at the beginning of His earthly journey, so too do most of us have men; fathers and father figures who helped form and shape us. On this weekend as we honour our dads, grandfathers, godfathers, stepdads and all other father figures – let us honour them by being the very best people we can be for others.
